We ship across the United Kingdom. All orders are processed and dispatched from our UK operations.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

Delivery time

• Standard UK delivery: 3 to 7 business days after dispatch.
• Larger furniture items: 5 to 10 business days after dispatch.
• Total estimated time (processing + delivery): 4 to 12 business days.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address. Any free delivery offers will be clearly shown on the product page or at checkout.

Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your delivery.

Delays
