Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to love your new furniture. If you are not completely satisfied, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Eligibility

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition and in the original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
  • Made-to-order and clearance items may not be eligible; this will be noted on the product page.

How to start a return

Email us at support@luxlighting.uk with your order number and the item you wish to return. We will reply with return instructions and the return address.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived faulty or damaged.

Damaged or faulty items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 48 hours at support@luxlighting.uk with photos, and we will arrange a free replacement or full refund.

Return shipping

Unless the item is faulty, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
