How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Standard UK delivery then takes 3 to 7 business days, while larger furniture items take 5 to 10 business days. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order is dispatched.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is calculated at checkout based on your order and address. Any free delivery offers are shown clearly on the product page or at checkout.
Can I return an item?
Yes. You have 30 days from delivery to request a return, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. Please see our Returns & Refunds Policy for full details.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 48 hours at support@luxlighting.uk with photos and we will arrange a free replacement or full refund.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major debit and credit cards and the other secure payment methods shown at checkout. Prices are in British Pounds (GBP).
